anyone know what kind of light bulbs are used above the rear license plate?

If they're burned out on yours, the dealer will likely replace them for free if you ask (they did on mine when it was new and had a couple pop out).
2825 is the 2nd gen GS bulb if that gets you closer (no guarantee on match but if you went to pull it out and look might be a starting point) EDIT - ignore this if its LED as above
