Lexus US Website
The Lexus website is the pits. I cannot enter my VIN number. When I called them weeks ago they said Oh yes that will be fixed by next week. It has been 4 weeks and I still cannot enter my VIN. I even gave the operator a password and the VIN number but they did not enter it into the website.
There is some very good features of the website including maintenance reminders and vehicle history which I would like to take advantage of. As a luxury brand Lexus is falling short of expectations when it comes to their website in the US. Does anyone know if the international websites are better prepared?
Lexus get your act together if you want to play with the big boys.

Had my GS for about 34 days and the Lexus website still doesn't accept my VIN. A called about 2 weeks ago and they said it takes about 1 month before the system will accept your VIN.
