My only peeve with the new GS design..
For those of you that have washed your new GS, have you noticed that the windshield wipers can't be propped up and out of the way to allow washing the windshield? The wipers actually hit the hood first -- seems like a design oversight to me (compared to all of my other vehicles).. Perhaps I'm missing something?

My 94 Acura Legend didn't require yanking or pushing on the wipers to get them in the summer/winter position - just a flick of a switch and they'd move to the other position.

Pole Position
In the winter it is generally recommended if you park outside to prop the wiper up off the glass to prevent them from freezing to it as the snow fall on your warm car melts and freezes as the car cools down. With them down and out of the way "summer mode" this can't be done. Hence the use of "winter mode". Plus it looks better down under the hood more.
Note I have found it easier to switch the them between modes from the passenger side of the vehicle.
