What car are you talking about? You posted in the 3GS section wile your profile says 02 GS430. Are you talking about the new 06 GS300? If so, the ride will not be as soft since you are probably on 17s now which will have more rubber than 20s. As for suspension, currently there is nothing to add. It is the price to pay for being an early adopter.

yup, very true, if it's normal tires then 20s will ride harsher for sure. but if it's the runflat, then even 20s with normal tires will ride better

Lexus is world re-known for their amazingly comfortable suspension, even with larger wheels tires. Yes, the ride will degrade some but somehow it keeps its Lexus quality once you get quality wheels and a great alignment/balance
