I too have not seen any on the road. I have traveled across 5 states and had mine since 2/28 and have yet to see any 300s or 430s. I know my dealer is selling them as fast as they can get them but I have yet to see any yet.

I've only seen two so far. One at the South Coast mall and the other on the 405 freeway near the 605. I would really like to see another one, especially a GS430 at a stoplight so we can "compare acceleration"

Man, I drove from Philly all the way to UCONN this weekend, and still didnt see one new GS. 
(4+ hours with a few stops on the way) How horrible is that.
Anyway, like I stated earlier, I only saw one in Rittenhouse Square of Philly weeks ago. Absolutely beautiful.

Today, while riding into my neighborhood by bicycle, I noticed that someone in my neighborhood just got a silver GS430. The guy was busy giving it a well-deserved detailing. I later left the neighborhood on a trip to the grocery store and was going to cruise by in the M and say, "Nice car," but he seemed really busy working on spiffing up the interior at that moment.
There are many BMWs and Mercedes in the neighborhood--the worst being a new 525i (why? WHY?)--so it's good to see someone else who's fighting that trend.

I saw three 3GS's so far.This afternoon on the way home I was cruising on the local street I was following a white 1GS and the gold 2GS and then me in the 3GS. It was weirdest feeling that all 3 generations GS were line up together. It was so cool and I know its a very rare.

Aaargh
I've only seen a couple in the 2 months or so these have been on the streets and have very much been enjoying the exclusiveness factor. Now all the sudden another Flint Mica, this one a GS430, shows up in the parking garage at work.
Oh well, got to admire the guy (or gal) for having good taste
I'll be looking for the chance to park them next to each other. That should be a sight.
