I had the back cover of the headrest come loose, before we did the video screens.

Do you mean the entire back of the seat panal? If so, take a picture and post it. When they were doing the DVD stuff on mine they had it off and I was unable to get a picture of the ventilated seat fans. I think the CL members would like to see it.

I am sure you will have no problem getting it fixed.
