Driver School Candidate
Anyone know how to have the side mirrors fold automatically when you turn off the engine? I know Benz's have this option but wondering if the GS does as well. I hate having to press the fold button each time I leave the car (in a crowded and small streets like Seoul, Korea this is very important).

Where did you get the items above? Also, the signal and wedge bulbs, when off are they blue or silver or white? I like the white/blue signal/wedge lights when lit but I don't like the blue blub look during daytime.
Also, were you able to remove the yellow reflector on the side of the front lights? I've done that before in Honda's by removing and taking apart the headlight assembly, but I'm scared to do so on the Lexus...

talked my grand pappy into one now he wakes up at dawn to drive it and comes back at sunset

Spank me n color me happy! After months of research, I finally got the GS300 last night. Mercury Metallic non-Nav/Lev. Drove it right over to AeroShield after I picked up the car to get a clear bra on it. BTW, gotta give props to Aeroshield for the awesome service!
This is my first Lexus and I can tell based on the buying experience that the ownership experience is gonna be much better than the Mercedes I traded in!
Now let the upgrade game begin!

I traded in a '00 Mercedes E320. The Benz was trouble free for the most part - I had some minor issues which were all covered under warranty (I guess I was luck), but I know the Benz was not going to be a reliable car the next 4+ years so I thought now is a good time to get something different.
I think I made a good choice.
