I just sent an email to my local Lexus dealer about the GS430, actually I did it yesterday, which was Sunday, when car dealers are all closed. To my surprise I received an email in return about an hour later in response to my question. I thought that was awesome and still don't understand how they were able to send me an email back, when the dealership is closed. At first I thought it was an automated email, but in the body of the email that I received it has specific information in it that I had asked about, so that was cool. At the end of the email they included a few things and I quote:

"We also offer a FREE Paint Sealant Service - 5 year warranty!

FREE Road Hazard Tire Warranty!

FREE Car Washes for our Customers - every Saturday from Memorial Day
until Labor Day for as long as you own your Lexus!"

When I was talking to Mercedes and BMW, no one ever said anything about such things. Like I said in the title, Lexus is great.

If you live in OC, Fletcher Jones offer life time free car wash , but I live in LA, too far to commute to OC, the gas I spend on the trip will pay for a complete car wash

a free car wash for any lexus owner or u have to purchase from them? is it the crappy 5 min wash?

Penske Motorcars (Mercedes dealer) in West Covina, CA does free car washes for people who bought from them (the crappy 5 minute kind, but they do a decent-enough job), plus they have probably the best lounge I have ever seen– a full soda fountain, chair masages on certain days, someone making free omelets on some mornings, and other stuff. Whenever my mom goes by there, she stops for a quick wash (my parents bought an E500 from there)
Of course, I haven't been in many other dealerships in the past 6 years, so there may be a lot of other dealerships that have stuff like that.
