Default shift solenoid

Hello, I am having a problem with a shift solenoid and was wondering if anyone could help. I am getting a p0770 code which is a shift solenoid e malfunction. The car appears to run fine and the precision industries t/c been in the car for at least 20k. Any suggestions?

Default Did you solve your transmission problem?

I read your post from a few years back regarding a CEL code p0770 Shift Solenoid E Malfunction. I have the same code and it appeared right after a hi stall torque convertor install on my supercharged 2000 GS400. I had this same TC in my '98 GS400 with same SC setup and no CEL ever. Love to hear if you ever found the answer. Mike
