Question How to install the Front Bumper Clear SideMarkers on 98 GS4??

Hi! How do i install the new front clear sidemarkers? do i have to take apart the wheelwell to get the yellow sidemarker to pop out? thanks!

the easiest way to do the job is to remove your fog lights. Do a search and you will find several threads on how to....while your changing out the side markers, you might want to change the bulbs as well... Good luck....

ya what he said ,its 10mm bolts 2 remove... good luck, post it when it changed ,,,

You can also remove them by pulling back the wheel well inside plastic cover. Remove a couple of the screws holding down the cover and it should loosen enough for you to get your hand in there and remove the bolts securing the side markers.

hey guys. thanks for all the help. actually just got the car today during my lunch time. It finally came! I put in the clear lens, and i also will post pix tomorrow...after i wash it!

I could not figured out how to open the foglight to get accesss for the side marker either (RMM bumper)
that is why I follow this method ==>

yea i just got some clear sides so you just remove the fogs then pop out the sides is that all ??

no, they dont pop out. there is 2 ten mm nuts that hold them in place. you have to remove those first.

Which replacement bulbs do you guys use for these side markers? I've seen some pictures where the bulb looks blue (i'm assuming the light is white-ish), but I don't know exactly which bulbs. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

hi. i used the polarg m-4 bulb. its the wedge 194 bulb. found on ebay all the time it comes out as pure white when on.
