Not in the UK they are not - the third generation GS300s run from 2005 to 2010

Mind you they seem to be a different spec there - i have been in contact with someone from this site who has a SEL with no ML and a few other bits missing
Our road tax laws are a joke in the UK - a car registered 7 days after mine pays double car tax of almost £500 per year thats why i only wanted a 2005 - 2006 model

Raised the car a tad for some canyon driving last weekend and haven't got around to lowering it again, but this is it with a 20mm front wheel spacer now
