Gs400 stalling!!!
OK guys, my car has been having rough idle episodes couple times a day, today on my way home from work, when stopped at an intersection with the car still in gear, the RPM goes up from above 1000 to near zero, repeatedly, all the lights on the dash will come on then go off as the engine struggles to stay on! There's no Check engine light on but when i ran a OBD2 diagnostic i got the codes below! Also i,ve attached a Youtube video. please let me know what you think. Thank You.

It looks like your Throttle Control Motor is going bad. I had similar problem a few weeks ago. I changed out my TCM but me CE code was for APP. I have spare parts so I was able to trouble shoot. I ordered my new TCM from RockAuto beginning of the year and it went bad. They replaced it under warranty no questions asked.
I would trouble shoot all 3 components on the Throttle Body. That way you know what is really causing the issue.
