Default Weird fluttering sound coming from rear wheels

Hi guys, this issue has been driving me insane trying to figure out what's causing it. It's best described as a fluttering sound coming from the rear wheels while they are in motion. It does speed up and slow down with the wheels as well. Visually I can't find anything wrong. I am going to swap out a wheel for an OEM one and see if that does anything.

**Edit**
It even does it with no wheel on at all. Also, it is both sides.

I'm thinking differential and its just resonating through to the axle ends (the hubs)

Honestly thats out of my knowledge, I'm more of an engine guy. I'm pretty sure they can be rebuilt though. As an educated guess, if it is the differential, yea its about to take a shat. Best thing to do is go to a mechanic and have him lift it up and confirm what it its. Hopefully someone on here will recognize the noise from personal experience to give you better advice.

They could also be the rear bearings. Check this item # on eBay 121188216209 Toyota and Lexus dealers is the only brand that use it. I used for my previous toyota and are the best. Koyo also, made a few part for toyota in Japan. Check that first please.

Yea, the bearing was the first thing I thought, but after rereading his post, he said he hears it on both sides. The chances of both going out at the same time is pretty slim. Also, a bearing makes more of a smooth grinding noise, this video you can hear teeth gnawing. Oh and no mention of wobbles either

+1 on the wheel bearings, sometimes the noise can be deceiving.
