Rear tail light wireing

Does any know the colors of the wires that feed the tail lamp, it has 3 wires,one i presume is ground and the others are the live for the tail and stop but if i turn the lights on i get live readings..
i just need the tail colours for led strip

You should be able to determine this real quick using a multimeter or test light. The White/Black wire should be ground. Test to confirm.
