Default Leak from cams?? New to forum and lexus

Hi Guys.... Im new to the forum and foremost let me introduce myself. I love all type of cars and im not afraid to get dirty unless the wife and kids aren't screaming at me to put my car projects aside for a while..

So I have a 2000 GS300 with an oil leak that appears to be coming from inside the timing belt cover. I been doing a little research before posting and it seems the O-rings from the cams need replacement. The timing belt has been exposed to oil so right off the bat i know it need a new timing belt. I was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction as to where to get parts besides the stealership. Anybody know where I could get parts besides the stealership and what other seals I should replace in the area that might be causing the leak? I'm in orange county california... maybe there is a place where I can buy a rebuilt one and return the core???

I was VERY annoyed with the leak that was coming from my GS4 cams.

As a last ditch effort, I used AT205 and on the second application it is gone - for now...

It claims to be a seal conditioner that softens hardened seals, basically the same stuff in hi-milage oils.
