Default Is a factory trans swap plug and play?

Wassup I own a 98 gs300 and the trans recently gave up on me. It was slipping for a while and when I finally decided to pay it sum attention buy checking and putting new fluid in, it died rite then and there so I purchased a used transmission out of a wrecked gs300. I wanna know if I can just swap and ride or do any computers or anything need to be reset or anything. Basically is it plug and play. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
