Default ideas for go-pro placement in the gs

I wanna place a go pro in my car. Somewhere hidden. Not stuck on my windshield like a gps. Seems like a great device to have for many reasons. I was thinking somewhere around the backseat for full view.

Ideas? Where would u stick a go pro?

From experience, don't have the bracket too long because vibration makes for a poor recording. Shakes all over the place

I suction it to the sunroof. You might need an extender to where it drops down further. I only use it when I autocross. (Don't judge me). I do have to remove the mirror to get a better shot of what's in front, but it's not terrible. Here's a video. This is on the original tires that I got the car with (ALL 4 were different lol). Running Comp 2s now, so it sticks much nicer.

Are planning on using the GoPro as a dash-cam for everyday driving and leaving it in the car? "Hidden" with good visibility to the front of the vehicle are going to be pretty hard unless you are actively covering it up. IF you notice all the locations mentioned are highly visible.

You could cut a hole in the center headrest and hide it in there. I doubt it would see out the windshield well though.

If a dash-cam is what you are after a dedicated unit might be a better choice. Some of them are pretty flat and tuck up out of sight under the rear-view mirror.
