You could start by registering the vin on lexus.com and looking at the service history. Just depends on how long it's been since the car was at a dealer. It free and easy, so you might as well try it.

How do I get the free account? They want me to pay $20 for a single vin check.

https://www.mycarfax.com/?s_id=int_free_001

Doesn't give you title history, but it will give you any vehicle service history that has been reported

At least, I don't think? Maybe it will... my GS was a single owner, no reported accidents.... but my FREE Car Fax doesn't show transfer of ownership to me.

It would be nice to know if it would show accidents... if anyone has one that has a known reported accident, I could run the VIN and see what the report says.

Years ago i use to use Autocheck dealer code. Google it and you will find results. Its basically using a dealer code to get free full history.
