Default Update with codes on 2000 GS300 misfire/running rough. Still need help..

Here is the original post:
Today my wife calls me at work saying the car is shaking bad when at idle. I meet her up after work, start the car and notice the shake. No unusual sounds but I did notice a subtle, different, odd exhaust smell. I drive the car home and notice no huge change in performance other than some slight hesitation from the line. The engine seems to smooth out as the RPMs increase. I also notice the check engine light blinking so i swing into Autozone and they scan it and tell me misfires are happening in 1,3,5. I did not get the codes printed which I should have but from google searching this could be plugs, coil packs, injectors.. Among other things. I did read that cylinders 1,3,5 are on separate coil packs so that may eliminate the potential for that problem. I also need to have an o2 sensor replaced but thats been needing that for 6 months and I have never had issues with bad o2 sensors causing issues on other vehicles.... Please advise.
-----------

Doing research these issues can point to an infinite number of things. The most likely I feel are spark plugs and the OCV. I read about the OCV before finding out a code it was throwing was for the OCV. Here are the codes as requested in my original thread:

P0300= Random multiple misfire
P0301,0303, and 0305: cyl 1,3,5 misfire
P1656: OVC circuit malfunction Bank 1

I am not going to go clean the OCV filter and see what happens. I also have a C1201 code thrown which is the engine communication circuit. I read that code can sometimes get thrown erroneously if there is a bunch of other codes..

I also got an antilock break system solenoid circuit code (c0236) and a C1223 antilock break control system malfunction. My brakes seems fine, could these be erroneous codes as well?

Changed the plugs (sucked, but made possible by the info on this forum) and cleaned the OCV. The rough idle is still there but the VSC off and the other light (i forget which) no longer come on so i fixed something. Ordered a new OCV and going by process of elimination. This thing is starting to nickle and dime me. Im afraid after years of service it may be time to trade her in once I get it running right...
