Default Shaky OEM spoiler

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has come up with a fix for the wobbly OEM 2GS spoiler? I don't really want a lip type spoiler, I like the OEM piece, but I can't stand how shaky it is in the rear view mirror. I've done everything I can think of including replacing the rivets for the brackets so they are tight now, and I've tightened down all the bolts attaching the wing to the brackets.....still wobbly. I happened to be behind another gs400 the other day and noticed his was shaky too. There has to be a way to stop it. Did they do this from the factory?

Included with the bolts, there should have been a layer of spoiler "tape" to keep it from shaking. You can just get some 3m body tape, remove the spoiler and put some on the part that contacts to the trunk lid:

This stuff is very strong, been holding my roof wing and trunk spoiler for many years without bolts:

It's the middle of the spoiler that doing all the shaking. Like there should be a center support or something but it wasn't designed with one.
