Default Oil Leak (Around water pump. See Pictures)

Hey guys. Any ideas of where my leak could be coming from and how I can fix it? Car has ~117k. Water pump / timing belt was changed 5k miles ago.

Second picture is from inside the bay camera is facing towards the front of the car

I would say your VVTI gear has sprung a leak. Just as well do CAM seals and crank seal while you are at it.

Either a seal or the vvti itself. Like Burny stated replace all three seals and either replace the vvti or replace the rubber gasket inside the vvti. Goodluck.

Does anyone have the part numbers for the cam / crank seals and the rubber gasket inside the vvti?

Any idea how difficult (1-10) this might be to do at home?
I can do, brakes, bmc, valve covers etc so I'm fairly competent.

@Alphaman19 - does your oil leak look like this as well? i believe it is somewhat difficult since everything has to be spot on in terms of when we put back the vvt-i cam etc? Correct me if I'm wrong but if it is off by a little I believe it could cause a big headache
