I have the fenders roller and shaved. I was actually looking into these same wheels and to a "fat tire" set up. looks like I cant go that low.
I mean you can get pretty low with that tire set up, but it's going to rub, a lot.

Yeah they're stretched, ideally you'll want a 245 for the 9.5 & 265 or 275 for the 10.5, but if you plan to drive it as low as that Varrstoen featured car I can't imagine running those tire sizes unless somehow the city you guys are in has no bumps/turns. It's going to chew through those tires.

Yup they're +22 offset, the only thing is I'm using a 10mm spacer to clear Supra brakes up front, so front is +12 technically. Nope I didn't have to do any other mods other than shaving the rear & rolling the front. Camber is all natural from being lowered. I also run BC "BR" with 14/12k spring rate, so that may make a difference.

I currently have 275 30 20. according to the wheel calculator both wheel diameters will be pretty close.

on a 10.5 wheel 235 or 245 would be the norm

yea I understand that but right now my front tires are way to big at the moment. running 245 35 20 and they are rubbing on dips on the fender. looking for a little stretch but have the diameter as the rear or close to it. plus my offsets are very conservative.

Quick Reply: Are these fenders shaved or rolled or pulled???
