My 2 cents worth, your Miata has a range of $5000-$7000. The LS400 has a range of $2500-$4000. Again this is all approximate stuff here. In theory, your Miata is worth close to double. With that said, the 400 is a special car and as long as you know what you're getting, then you can make your decision. Good luck.
