Default inner tire wear and noise when turning

like title said I do have inner tire wear on driver side also there is a weird noise when turning wheel (not all the times just from time to time)
I do have new upper control arms new caster arms new ball joints and new shocks
its 2002 gs430
what could be a problem?

Does it sound like it is scrubbing the tires? Like Ackerman angle is wrong? Toe being correct will usually ensure the ackerman angle is correct. Being each tire has a different arc it goes through in a corner, the hard parts of the suspension have to allow for ackerman angle to be reasonable when turning.

This might help
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ackerma...ering_geometry

So if it tracks fine in a straight line but tires squeals in tight corners (like slick asphalt driveways), ackerman might be off. It isn't something you set at the time of alignment, it is set by the suspension designers and a worn part will throw it off.

Have them double check alignment, They should be checking ackerman when they do it. But the thing on a rack they can't do is simulate the road loading on the suspension, so a worn caster arm (aka, Control Arm #2) will not show up easily.

i did caster arms (oem) less than 15000 miles ago
i sounds more like ball joints but i changed ball joints at the same time as caster arms plus i do grease every 5000 miles (moog ball joints)

I'd be surprised if the ball joints and caster arms are bad then, they should last easily 100k.

Check alignment and lower control arm bushings. Upper control arms wear much less and don't have that dramatic effect on toe, if any. Scrubbing is typically only a toe problem. Upper arms will primarily cause only caster/camber issues.

Any alignment tech worth their salt can tell what is worn and pretty fast, especially since you had them aligned already so recently.

Drop by and have them look at it on the alignment rack.

Do you have the alignment spec sheet that they give you to show before and after?
My guess is that if you have changed out all parts said previously in post. Maybe hub?

finly checked alignment yesterday
it was driver side upper control arm
single suspension part that I changed and didn't buy by myself
that was first part that I changed on my car and trust family mechanic (and he charged me so much that I thought he used oem) and now after 25k miles ball joint in that control arm is loose
rest parts I bought by myself and used moog or oem
firestone gave me a quote for that upper control arm (said they use moog parts) over $350 for part and over $500 for labor before tax
same part on rock auto or amazon is $130 and friend will charge me $50 for labor

Glad you have a friend cause for $500, I was gonna have you fly me out and just take me out for dinner, you know, romance me a while, get me in the mood and I'd do it for free LoL

Yea man, $500 is crazy, so is $350 for parts! That has got to be one of the more easier suspension jobs to do, 3 bolts and you're done

Just curious what type of noise was coming from the UCA, was it a creaking or a popping sound?
