Crystal Clear Fog Lights - Where to Buy?

This came up a while ago when people were looking for the [ebay discontinued] landcruiser foglights. I always refer people to either Jesse Streeter or GTR Garage for "conversion" services as they're the only companies I've dealt with and feel comfortable enough to refer others to. I actually have a way to have an item shipped to a co-workers family member in Japan, but I have to do all the leg work and get the part ordered and sent to the Japanese address.
They are coming to the US in a few weeks and I would get my fog lights then. But it still leaves me with the task of figuring out how to get the lights ordered and paid for and I do not speak Japanese.
