This is very helpful.

I actually have a way to have an item shipped to a co-workers family member in Japan, but I have to do all the leg work and get the part ordered and sent to the Japanese address.

They are coming to the US in a few weeks and I would get my fog lights then. But it still leaves me with the task of figuring out how to get the lights ordered and paid for and I do not speak Japanese.

Just use a service like buyee you can use PayPal it's pretty simple

i have read some pretty bad stuff about buyee that is the only reason i was hesitant about doing that

I used one of the people you mentioned above, should have these in a few weeks.
