I'm not familiar with stage 1 or stage 2 either. If you're referring to with or without the ecu, the ecubwill make a big difference, I wouldn't run the intake itself without the ecu or some kind of tuning.
If you're considering ordering directly from SRT I'd do a little Google research into them first, it appears they've screwed over a lot of people the lately.

I'm only familiar with the intake/ECU combo. I've had it for many years and I guess I had sort of had taken it for granted.
I've never had an issue getting past the CA Smog check, but this year my local smog guy could not pass the car due to the visual portion of the test (the car always passed "at the pipe"). So, I took the intake off but the car ran a little rich with the stock intake piping so I removed the ECU, also.
What a difference - I can definitely tell that about 25-30 hp is missing. The throttle response is more sluggish with the stock intake and power throughout the RPM range is definitely diminished. I sent the piping and heat shield out for powder coating (since it was off anyway) and I look forward to putting it back on ASAP. A highly recommended mod for the V8.
Also, you can't beat the sound!

Info
What I have gathered on the SRT website for Lexus gs400 they have a regular SRT intake and ecu ,and then when I found the Supra store website they have the SRT stage 2 intake and ecu ,my question was how much more power the stage 2 gives the lexus gs400 compared to stage 1 ,what is weird is on the SRT website they don't offer the stage 2 ?

There have been two ecu versions.... Original and the (relatively) newer 'race' ECUS.
Stages were used by SRT to describe their supercharger and turbo kit levels, they may have branded some of the intakes that way but really just two tunes. Race ecu dynos marginally better by a couple of hp but no appreciable difference you'll feel. I had both,
They don't sell the older one any longer.

Thanks
That's the help I was looking for! Also if there is hardly any appreciable differance ,did you notice any one of the 2 that was worse on fuel mpg?? Then that being the case??

No difference. IMO It doesn't warrant discussing through, you will find very few of the older versions out there even used, none new
