Got a nice chip in my windshield the other day, and I'd like to get it replaced before it starts spreading, insurance should cover most of it, I'm just wondering if anyone's gotten an aftermarket windshield put in, on sewell a windshield is $913 with the discount and says the windshield is "green" I thought our cars came with a very slight factory tint and i wouldn't want to get an aftermarket windshield that looked clear and out of place. Our glass does also seem to be fairly high quality at least in my experience, had lots of rocks hit pretty hard with no chips before this.
