Has anyone found a cure for the cold weather whistle noise?

Never hurts to change diff fluid on these cars. We do work them hard. Lukas, it's good you have that video so if you can show the stealership that, it might get you started. But I have a obdII bluetooth and it never showed any trouble codes stored in the computer.
Now they might be able to translate fuel pressure and fuel trim for you. But for the cold whistle... you would have to drop the car off so they can test it during a cold start/drive.
It goes away after you drive the car and in warmer weather it was never there when I was dealing with this.

I have also heard our cars have body "plugs" underneath the driver and passenger areas and that they can fall out and cause wind noise, not sure if that would cause it or not. The shop I went to acted like changing the differential fluid was a stupid thing to do, but I like to baby this car

Have your driveshaft center bearing looked at. Based on these videos
. While both are AWD, the noise, as well as the speed, temp, and location of the noise all seem to be the same. Rear diffs have more of a grinding noise, and I feel like its a greater chance of a bearing than the diff especially since mine was replaced with an aftermarket from Autozone.

My '00 GS400 has been making that exact same noise when it's cold out between 30-40mph since I bought it back in 2008. She's up to 165,000 miles now and whatever it is, doesn't seem to do any real harm. Anyways, let us know if there is a fix found before the weather warms up.
Like the video, good idea for when we need to recreate symptoms for the maintenance personnel.
