I believe I read on here that the fog lights varied from model to model. I have an 01 GS430 and am looking at buying a 98 GS300 housing. Was there any difference in the fog light housings? I know bulbs were different on some. Thanks!

The only differences are that some are clear and some have a yellow "pill" in them that makes the lights yellow. Otherwise, the housings are exactly the same.

All GS's with HIDs got yellow fogs, so all 430s have them. Earlier 300s are hard to find with HIDs so most had clear fog lights.

Wait, the Fogs with the Yellow film inside the housing is OEM? I bought my GS with them already installed, and I was surprised to have them when I turned it on for the first time at night. I thought it was the bulbs, until I pulled out the white bulbs.

Yeah my 99 GS300 is HID with yellow fogs. People just smash out the yellow bit to make it clear haha
