It looks like the car had a rough life. I would rather get one that's in better shape. Often, you think that you get a good deal but after you're done fixing everything - it will be the same price as if you bought it in a better shape. I mean for $3k it may be worth it but are you really going to be driving a car that's in such a bad shape? It will probably need at least another $3k to get it into a decent condition (probably more).
Also, it definitely looks like the car was in a few minor accidents (looking at its bumpers & body).

When I got my GS4, 112K miles, service records, etc. all the "annoying" things I had to fix and add to get the vehicle to my liking ended up costing me about $1500. I should note that I did all the work myself (door lock actuators, minor rattles, wheels, tires, tint, exhaust, timing belt, etc.
So I got a really nice car for $7300, had it shipped for $900, then sunk $1500 into it. You can do the math. I probably could have found something needing less work initially and paid a little more. It's all about what you feel like doing and what you're capable of. To me, body damage and paint missing is where I draw the line. Rock chips and a few door dings I can handle...

This x a million. Any time I see someone selling a dirty or rough car (especially unwashed in pictures) I think if they can't be bothered tidying it up before sale, they couldn't be bothered servicing it, let alone fixing minor annoyances like broken interior plastics, or rattles etc.

Those front fenders have definitely been shaved, looks really weird with the small rims. (Which didn't even come on 430s) 3300$ is pretty cheap, if you're a diy guy you could put some money into it and have a decent car. Get it checked out firs though
