What can be done about the old chrome piping on the bumpers?

I drove my car over a year without the rear molding and no one even noticed it was missing.
But yeah, it wasn't covered so I can only give you half of the looks you were asking.

Nice! Much better, it gives the car a smoother/clear look to me. You guys with dark colored GS's can pull if off because its barely noticeable

Mine was completely flat grey......rubbed it with mothers polishing compound and it looked brand new again. However, a year later, its faded back to grey.

Megiuars Plastix will fix that. I used it myself when I had my GS. It's like a calcium buildup from years of weather and washes.

Trust me it works
