My car is a 98 GS4, owned it 9 years and it has just under 70k KM (40k miles)

Never drive it in rain.

Nothing wrong. I could of kept going, I wanted to go 130 at first but was to scared lol. I never went past 90 on the freeway before. 110 is the highest for now, but once I get new tires I'll try again and do 130 when the roads are clear and safe to do so.

My GS400 has had a timing belt/water pump job done twice within 12 hours.

First go was 7.5hrs (first time), as I was filling the coolant the water pump gasket leaked it out so I had to do it again. My next day off was going to be in a week and I desperately needed my car. So even though it was 6:30pm I dug into it again. It took me till 11:00pm to get it done and driving again. Long day.

My tips. Make a labeled shoe box with holes in the top for bolts as they are removed in order. And put RTV on the water pump gasket even though it may have a rubber bead built into the gasket.
