4 ohm Nakamichi speakers?
I'd always thought the the speakers in 2Gens where 2ohm. But when I pulled out my rear door speaker I see it's actually 4ohm.
Question:
Does the 20/40w on the factory speaker mean 20rms and 40 watts max?
Note:
That little 4inch'r still pumps and sounds just as good as the 6.5" Kenwood I was going to replace it with (though the Kenwood has a better tweeter, than the Nak)
Heck, even my factory Nak subwoofer still cranks and sounds good, too.
I have a small 500 watt amp (200 to speakers, 300 to sub) so I guess am not over taxing the speakers.
