I've had this noise for awhile but haven't done anything about it. I went out and took a video for you guys to hear. The noise is audible in the video about halfway through. (turn speakers up). I see people post dash noise threads but never have a real example of the sound. I've replaced the servo motor that's behind the glove box a year ago. These noises are in no way similar. The servo motor was very loud and had a grinding sound. This noise is a soft popping sound. See video below for example...


If anyone knows what this is please let me know so I can fix it, thanks!

I have this same problem aswell.

There are three servos behind the dash. One on the drivers side. The other two can be reached by removing the glove box. Most likely it's the other servo under the glove box since you changed one of them already. Hope that helps. I had both sounds that you experienced on your car. I changed out both servos and everything is back to normal.

Sounds like it's coming more from the drivers side than the glove box area. Time to search for a DIY!
