Default 1998 gs400 rear brake calipers not working...help plz

Hello all, I am looking for any help in finding out why my rear brake calipers (yes both) are not working.
A little bit of history.....my wife just bought a used 1998 gs400 in great shape but noticed that when applying the brakes, the steering wheel would vibrate a bit.
So after ordering a full set of new rotors and brakes i set out to swap the fronts out. When i moved to the rears, i discovered that both rear calipers where not working properly. I bled the system and i AM getting fluid to the calipers but the pistons are not pushing the pads.
I have come across frozen pistons before, but not 2 at the same time.
Any help before i just order new rear calipers would be great!
And thanks in advance!
