Differential bushings question
Are these the differential mounting bushings for the gs430?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/171418183294?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
I'm having a hard time getting in touch with the person who sells them on here, so i'm thinking about buying different ones. Thanks!

Those are for 3rd gen GS.
I couldn't find any bushings from Sewell.
This may be a stupid question but are you sure you don't mean the stoppers?
Edit: I searched with the part # (4165130090/4165130080) and it seems to be CUSHION, REAR DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT, NO.1 / CUSHION, REAR DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT, NO.2.
Edit2: Are these the right ones?

i think the main thing when replacing the mounts is to get rid of the thug we hear when shifting from Park to Drive. Some people also mention that it'd promote better acceleration due to the elimination of the slack caused by the worn out bushings

Yes that makes perfect sense that it would make it faster. Less slack. I do get that annoying clunk I just always thought that's how the car was. Can someone please send me a link for the OEM part for a 2001 430. And what kind of labor am I looking at to change these? I wanna do it!

Nevermind I'm retarted I scrolled up and seen the part number. But can someone tell me exactly how long these will take to be replaced and if it's pain like some other bushings where they need to be pressed out ?

Yeah I'm also trying to get rid of that clunk from park to drive or reverse. And when I floor it, I have a significant clunk from the rear and the car takes a full second to get going, so I know the differential bushings are shot.
I don't want to get poly bushings though if they are going to make noise, I want oem quietness.

^ they won't make any noise nor will they cause any excessive vibration. What you will notice is crisp and sharper acceleration with no lag whatsoever. The shifts are on point. Quick, reactive and precise.
