Default I broke my door and don't know how to fix it...

I hit a pothole and spilled very hot coffee all over myself. I kinda got stuck in the pothole... So I frantically tried to escape from the car to keep the coffee from dripping on my beautiful leather seats. When I grabbed the handle I think I pulled it too fast or hard and I heard a snap, and the door wouldn't open. So I just sat their as my family jewels got drowned in scorching hot coffee with more cream & sugar then the average person.

I opend up the door and saw that the handle still have the cables attached, just feels like there is nothing attached at the other end. Like a free flowing handle. Idk what to do.

Ohh and the seats are fine. My underwear and shorts soaked it up.

The handle pulls on a ball sitting between two flat pieces of plastic holding it in place, it likely popped out, but could have snapped. Just open her up and see what's up

Yeah when I opened it up that's what I saw. The ball with the wire was still there, sitting in the plastic holder. and it pulled the cable just fine. It's the other end that I think is broken but I can't see behind it.

Ohh fudge. Okay so now I need to know if I need to replace the actuator itself or if a cable that connects to it just needs to be re hooked
