Its a 100 degrees here in the morning, and when i first start my car in the morning and turn the ac on it doesn't blow out cold air immediately, yet it will once it gets to normal temp, is this normal?

I would say it is normal, my GS's AC takes about 1 minute to get really cold when its really hot. My car stays under a car port when its under there it takes about 15 seconds to get cold. My BMW takes really long to get cold so I guess its normal. You can get the car tested for freon leaks just to be on the safe side.

To be sure, you need to check the freon levels. It may be low. Seen it many times.

I have noticed mine does this same thing, does not seem cold right away. I can also hear the servo acting up and have found some DIYs to fix this issue. I will check the freon as well. Glad that was mentioned.

What temperature is the ac set at?

Do you have it on recirculation or fresh air?
If it's on fresh air and it's 100 degrees in the morning guess what?

Just something's to check.

I'm in South Florida and I get instant cold air.

Good luck.

Warm for maybe 5-8 seconds then the cold air rushes through. Never takes long even on a severely hot day with the car sitting outside for a while.

I literally JUST replaced my evap core and low side valve to fix a leak, and it still takes a few seconds for it to start blowing cool air on a cold start/hot day. I wouldn't worry about it as long as it cools off to optimal temperatures within a minute or so.

Mine isn't instantly cold, but typically farily cool after about 10 seconds, and hands down better than any other car I've ever driven.
