just an fyi and future searches on this topic, i go to my car this morning to warm it up,and unlocked the passenger side with the valet to start the car and to my surprise it would crank but not start, then reversed the process and it worked from the driver side. Now heres the trick, you have to lock the doors with the key then unlock twice then it will start.
