A couple questions:

I applied anti seize to the mating surface area of my rotors but now that the wheels are on I can see that some of what I applied wasn't on the mating surface. Will it be ok to leave it? Will it wash off with time? I didn't put any on the lugs or studs.

First time putting on new wheels. Do I just finger tighten the lugs while in the air and then remove jacks and then fully torque down once on the ground? I tightened all the lugs as much as I could with my fingers while on jacks but the wheels started to turn so I lowered it and took it off the jacks.

I also noticed that the lugs on the rear wheels are about flush with the wheel but he Fronts are sunk down much more. Is this normal?

Are you running spacers or an aluminum hub centric ring? If not, there's really no reason to apply anti-seize although I doubt it'll harm anything either. Just wondering why is all... But, I'd just wipe off any of it that's not on the mating surface.

As for tightening the lugs, I usually hand tighten them, then tighten with the bar while in the air, set the car on the ground, tighten again... then drive around for 10 min or so and tighten them once I'm finished. A bit tedious (and maybe even unnecessary), but it's how I was taught to do it so its become a habit.
