Default Retrofit OEM Fogs - Tips on removing Lens?

Hello,

I am planning to retrofit Philips Daylight LED light bar inside my OEM Fog housing.

I did a search online and didn't find any post on recommended method to remove the Lens.

Does anyone have experience or tips? Do we bake it like Head lights?

Thank you,

Since mine is 2003 and has yellow capsule, i think i will just keep my OEM as spares and buy aftermarket clear ones for retrofit.

Instead of using time to reply "use the search" I actually want to try and search it myself and if I find anything of course I help a fellow clubber and share it.
I like to help plus I had nothing better to do at work.

Thanks for your words, I'll keep it up!

Sure, but then again why reply at all if you don't have anything else to say than "use the search".
Looks like you were involved in all of those threads that you linked so it'll propably be much easier for you to remember/search them afterwards.

I agree they could have been found with a little bit of time using the search.

If I'd ever do retro fogs that would be my definite choice.

+1 to that.

aiya.

yep. i tried searching and didn't get the hits. i think my issue is i search fog lamp; not fog lights.

i don't want to change the look of the car too much... I just want updated DRL light bar but now i am contemplating if i should get 2 more sets (total 3) and stack it up inside the fog.

my priorities got shift right now. need to install my 6-link and alignment.

i will update later when i revisit this project. thanks for the feedback.
