clutch - 300
clutch pedal/master/slave - 250
custom driveshaft - 300
SS clutch line - 60
then probably 1k labor on that

only mkIII supra's came with r154's over here but they have M bellhousings, you need jz bellhousing, which you can either get here http://www.driftmotion.com/1JZ-2JZ-R...sing-p/dm3.htm or just buy a r154 from japan it comes with a jz bellhousing and usually a lot less miles.

Other option is to go w58 which is cheaper and smaller but holds less power.

It's a good idea to get these for either of the trans before you swap it in.

$3k sounds a little low to me, research before you get into it. I spent a hell of a lot more than that for my v160, then again that tranny alone is more than $3k

he asked for average price. you can get deals on a most of that stuff, labor and trans will be a majority of the cost. or you could do a complete rebuild and carbon fiber driveline and it can cost 10k. just depends on what you want and what deals you can find.

yeah, I guess you guys are right.....he did say the minimum. I dont do anything bare mini, so it didnt compute to me! lol

also correct that most of the money s labor and the tranny, all of the other **** can be found fairly cheap

Sorry to jack your thread but, would going with a manual tranny cause any CEL? Very interested in getting rid of that auto, ugh.

Not to be a downer, but it will definitely freak the stock electronics out if you swap (it will set all of the transmission related codes). You will at least lose cruise control, VSC, traction control, and could fail state emissions testing due to lights and codes.

Are you for real! Eventhough, in FL we do have emissions testing but i wouldnt want to lose traction nor the cruise control. I guess i have to do some more research & thinking to do.
