Tony, I think you mean non-ethanol gas. Gas with ethanol at most stations has only 10-15% ethanol with gas (What you don't want). What you want is non-ethanol gas which is 100% Gasoline.. If the pump says Ethanol or up to 10% Ethanol (you don't want)..

Most stations that sell pure gasoline will have a sign or sticker on the pump that specifies NO ETHANOL..

Pure Gasoline = Non-ethanol gas won't hurt anything.. Thats what our cars are suppose to be running.. You can thank our politicians for this ethanol mixed gas crap..

:'( I don't see anything for out here in NYC.

Probably wouldn't since they are trying to keep down pollution levels over here... So many cars in one place I guess will lead to that

You can also try (Prior to changing spark plugs)

1/4 Seafoam in the gas tank and then do Mopar Combusion Chamber Cleaner

That should help clean out all the carbon in the motor and help with low idle and regain some gas mileage
