Default What have I done? (brake related)

I got done doing a project on my GS400 and lowered it down. I made sure I had good brakes so I pumped the brakes a few times. It felt like my pedal was a bit soft so I kept pumping. Then my instrumentation beeped at me and the ABS light flashed a bit then went off.

So I guess something happens when you turn the key to the on position and pump the brakes 10 times. Not sure what but something happened.

Did I mess anything up or change something unknowingly? What did I just do?

Best way to figure it out would be to use a capable scan tool to read the ABS trouble code. If I had to guess....

Guess 1: Broken ABS sensor - see the DIY fix HERE

Guess 2: Low fluid - check and refill as needed

Fluid is where it needs to be and it drives and brakes just fine. I just wonder if ive done something within the system to affect something.

If you pump the brakes a lot continuously, it will give you a beep. Don't know why but that's how it is.

There's a pressure sensor in the brake modulator that will trigger a beep if the pressure goes outside the normal operating limits. Pumping the pedal that much probably increased the pressure over what it wanted to see, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
