Speed/Gas Gauge Not Working

Speed/Gas Gauge Not Working
I have a 98 gs300. The speedometer doesnt work and Odometer froze in the center dash. On the right the gas gauge works but only till around half tank, then it stays there.
At the same time, the VSC lights came on. The on/off button doesnt work but the snow/ect button still works.
The rest of the gauges work fine. Warning lights work fine.
Checked Fuses, all seem ok.
Please help
