So this morning when i was leaving for work i got into my car and i noticed my ABS,VSC, and the VSC OFF light were on, i was running late so i did not, pay much attention thinking it would just go away. after work i got in my car and tried lowering the windows and no luck just the driver window rolled down, i tried adjusting my mirrors and no luck either, but i decided not to mess with it till i got home to check fusses. got home and checked all the fusses and i did not fine 1 blown. i pulled out the drive way and noticed my gauge backlight took awhile to light up shut the car off and turned it back on and it took about 10 seconds for the gauge backlight to come back on and when it did the gas light started flashing, after some research i feel like its the alt but i used and voltmeter and it checked out good, so anyways i plan on taking my car to the shop 2mm afternoon but maybe i can get sum input before i do. anyone ever have this problem?? thanks

i'd double check the battery terminals for loose/corroded/cracked terminal connectors,check all ground straps and lastly hope its not a leaky capacitor in the ecu(not quite common on the 2nd gen gs but can happen).
btw how old is the battery?
