If you want that low end torque, make your next mod the TRD LSD. You won't regret it!

I thought the high stall TC should come before the LSD. You should be able to peel out again with a TC.

1SickLex,

Thank you for the props. Your car are just as clean as mine IMHO. I guess we just dont' get to see too many modded white GS around even in this forum.

What do you think about that chrome trunk bar on the back? I wasn't quite sure at first, but people have been telling me that it gives the back of the GS a nice touch.

Anyway, keep up the good work. We definitely need more white gs to represent.

JacobT - Thats true. I meant to include in my post to get an aftermarket Torque Convertor, not just the LSD.

1Sick - It's been great to watch the step by step improvements you've made. I really enjoyed seeing your car the first time with Chef in the back seat and a number of other unique touches.

Now your car has some SERIOUS mods. Short of a serious cash infusion I'm probably about done though.

Just wanted to know what you were referring to when you mentioned the yellow panels? I too have a white GS400 and my lower side panels are turning yellow. Does anyone know if Lexus will warrenty the paint. Its a plastic panel that for some reason faded or broke-down the color faster then the body. Any help will be great, I may need to post a new question on this.

Thumbs up Yellow side panels

I took my 99 GS400 to the dealer yesterday for service and mentioned the yellowing panels. They had to get a regional guy to look at it, but they just called and told me that they will repaint under warranty. I am impressed and pleased. The dealer is Hennessy in Atlanta.
