My car was just painted and now my keys are not working. Any help with key code for a 99 GS 400

The key code is VIN specific. You can call the dealership and they will give it to you.

You will need to bring in your auto insurance or registration showing the VIN to the parts department of the dealership to prove you're own the vehicle. It is free.
