You said you replaced the throttle body....can you give a little more info? Im guessing a used throttle body, do you know how many miles on it? And what about the sensors? The throttle body itself is not usually the problem its the sensors on the throttle body, or the control motor goes bad. TPS sensor....APPS sensor (throttle body lever sensor) and the control motor.

Idk why its called the APPS sensor, everyone seams to call it the Accelerator Position Sensor but if you go on Lexus it is called Lever Assembly, Throttle w/Sensor part # 22060. And the TPS sensor is your Throttle Position Sensor. When they go bad it sends the car into Limp Mode basically running off of "throttle by cable" as a backup until fixed so you will not get fully power.

you were in the vsc off thread in the perfromance section Jank. just read what this ole boy said and do it.
The process is this:
1. Someone please post the TSB number on this thread so people with this problem have something to print.
(I dont know the TSB number, cuz Ive been repaired for years now and havnt had the need to look for one)
2. Print it up.
3. Walk into Lexus Dealer and hand the printed TSB to the Svc Manager with a smile.
4. If you dont do that, then the Dealer will more than likely treat you like dirt on the floor because your too cheap and poor that your fixing a car rather than buying a new one or paying for huge repairs.
I believe the TSB involved is the one where a few Toyotas got stuck and kept reving the engine...like 1 in 1 million cars, and GM, FORD and Chrysler were getting bailed out and paid big money to make a 1 in million chance into a national media story. Cuz nothing ever breaks on those mfgr vehicles.
