Default So sad to see it end like this...

Got in a huge accident 2 days ago...got rear ended by a drunk Asian man going about 50-60 mph locally. I was stopped at a red light and then all of a sudden this drunk *** ran into me. Then he tried to flee the scene. Luckily, my car was still drivable so I chased him down to an alley and got his info. I hope he got arrested for DUI and you already know I'm taking legal actions! So sad to see it go... cars totaled.

That looks like it took a 50-60 mph hit pretty good, glad you weren't injured, and hopefully you'll get some good money outta this to get a new car, exact same thing happened to me at a red light in my old Acura Legend, used the money to help get the GS

So you chased him down, got his plates as he was driving away? So he got away??
Just to let you know, he would most likely ditch the car and not get in trouble. If there were no other witnesses that could identify him, then there is no proof that he was driving. He could say he woke up in the morning and the car was gone. Also by the time the cops do go to his door, he probably wont be drunk anymore so no DUI.
Good Luck

He didn't ditch the car. I got his insurance and all that. The cops came and he got a breathalyzer test probably arrested him too

Thank God you're okay. Sorry that it happened to your GS. I was involved in a hit and run Jan 10th as well. Did you see him coming behind you?
